Mira Fabric Textile Ind. and Trade Ltd. ('Data Controller') processes your personal data in compliance with Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and GDPR.
Your personal data is processed for order and request management, customer relations, marketing, analysis, legal obligations, and operational processes. Your data may be stored domestically and, when necessary, abroad.
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to: (a) learn whether your personal data is being processed, (b) request information if processed, (c) learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, (d) know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically and abroad, (e) request correction if incomplete or inaccurately processed, (f) request deletion or destruction, (g) request notification of correction/deletion to transferred parties, (h) object to a result against you arising from analysis by automatic systems, (i) claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
