What is the minimum order quantity?

300 metres for stock qualities, 1,000 metres per colour for custom production.

How long is the lead time?

2–3 weeks for stock qualities, 4–6 weeks for custom production.

Are samples free?

The first sample card is free; the courier cost is on the buyer.

Can I send my own colour reference?

Yes — we match Pantone codes or a physical swatch in the laboratory.

Which delivery terms do you offer?

We work EXW, FOB and DAP, by air or sea freight.
